Capability Stack
What VexASI actually does, component by component.
Signal Discovery
VexASI monitors public-facing sources for candidate buying signals across your defined sectors and account set. The discovery layer is not a generic web scraper — it targets sources with known relevance to procurement, hiring, project activity, and technology adoption in hard-to-reach verticals.
- Public job postings (senior roles, new hires, reorganizations)
- Conference speaker rosters and sponsor listings
- Vendor implementation announcements
- Regulatory filings and compliance documents
- Public project awards and contract notices
- Technical blog posts and engineering content
- Professional association memberships and certifications
Local AI-Assisted Extraction
When a candidate signal is found, VexASI runs a local AI extraction pass to pull structured data from the source. This includes the original quote, the source URL, entity identification, signal classification, and confidence assessment.
- Extraction runs locally — source data is not sent to third-party LLM APIs
- Original public quotes are preserved verbatim in the evidence packet
- Structured fields: company name, signal type, confidence level, recommended angle
- Extracted data is versioned and traceable to the source document
Evidence Packet Generation
Each extracted signal becomes an evidence packet — a structured data object containing the source quote, URL, extraction metadata, classification tags, and initial confidence score.
- Packets are machine-readable and can be integrated into downstream tools
- Every field is backed by source material; no untraceable scores
- Packets carry version history and extraction parameters
Alpha QA / Human Review
No candidate signal becomes intelligence without Alpha review. The human QA layer evaluates each packet for signal validity, source reliability, relevance to target sectors, and absence of false-positive patterns.
- Signals that fail the Alpha gate are rejected with documented reasoning
- Signals that pass are promoted to "approved" status in the evidence database
- Alpha review provides the signal quality filter that automated pipelines cannot achieve alone
Signal Quality Controls
Built-in quality gates prevent low-value and false signals from progressing:
- Generic buzzword signals (e.g., "digital transformation," "innovation") are filtered
- Self-referential corporate announcements are flagged for review
- Stale signals (older than defined threshold) are deprioritized or excluded
- Proprietary or paywalled sources without publicly accessible quotes are deferred
- Confidence scoring is transparent and auditable per signal
CRM-Ready Delivery Vision
Approved signals are compiled into intelligence briefs designed for handoff to GTM teams. Briefs include recommended sales angles, contextual buying signals, and structured fields suitable for CRM ingestion.
- Each brief is tailored to the target account's sector and current signal profile
- Recommended sales angles are based on observed signal patterns, not templates
- Structured fields map to common CRM schemas for downstream integration
Mission Control / Operator Workflow
All operational components are managed through a unified operator interface. Mission Control provides oversight of signal pipelines, review queues, quality metrics, and delivery scheduling.
- Signal pipeline visibility — see what's being discovered, extracted, reviewed, and delivered
- Review queue management for Alpha operators
- Quality metrics: pass rate, rejection reasons, confidence distribution
- Delivery scheduling and pilot management
